Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the cards, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, or have questions regarding how the programs are structured, please reach out to us via our contact page, and we will do our best to help resolve any issue.

Are your programs safe during pregnancy and postpartum?

Yes, all programs are designed with evidence-based, safe movement practices for each trimester and postpartum recovery. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.

Do I need a GP referral to start the pregnancy and postpartum program?

Yes! You will need a GP referral to start any of the pregnancy or postpartum programs.
We also highly recommend seeing a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist for clearance.

Do I need any equipment for the workouts? 

Most workouts require minimal equipment, such as resistance bands or light weights. Each program includes a list of recommended items, and many exercises can be modified using body weight; these modifications will be discussed during your first check-in.

Are your programs suitable for all fitness levels?

Absolutely. Whether you’re new to movement or more experienced, the programs include modifications and progressions to meet you where you are.

What are the affirmation cards and how do I use them? 

The affirmation cards are beautifully written, intentionally designed to support daily emotional wellness. Simply pull a card each day for inspiration, mindfulness, or grounding, perfect during pregnancy, postpartum, or any time in life.

Can I gift the affirmation cards? 

Absolutely! These cards make thoughtful and meaningful gifts for expectant mothers, new mothers, or any woman navigating change and growth.

Does a portion of my purchase go to a charitable cause?

Yes! With every purchase, you’re making a difference. A small percentage of all sales is donated to PANDA, supporting parents and families through perinatal anxiety and depression.

Giving back in this way allows us to support the well-being of women not only through our programs and products, but also by contributing to a cause that aligns deeply with our mission.

How do I purchase a program for more than a month?

We do recommend all programs to be at least 3 months minimum, however, simply select the program in your cart for the number of months you wish to do.

Where do I receive my program?

All programs are personalised from Lanny through the EVERFIT APP. No need to worry as Lanny will guide you on what to do. Once you have purchased your program Lanny will be in contact to set up your first zoom chat meeting.
