A fitness and wellness program tailored specially to individual goals, fitness level, health conditions and lifestyle. A personalised program ensures that each exercise, intensity level and rest period align with each person’s unique needs.
During weekly check-ins individuals can review their workouts performance, track changes and discuss how they feel physically and mentally. These provide additional support, ensure consistence, celebrate success and short-term goals for the following week.
Individual’s will receive a FREE Daily Affirmation Card Deck with this program to align any thoughts and feelings.
